I have been here many times, they have a great little lunch special that drew me in the first time.
I have been here with a few different people and I have had similar reactions from most. It very much looks like nothing from the outside (although they have done some improvements since they first opened) the service is good but the food WOW!!
We usually order the platter for 2 or 4 people (which is somehow less than $25 per person), you never need any more than this, it includes many meats, salads, varieties of rice and some bread (I think) there is more than enough food per person, in fact you will stumble away as you will eat more than you should.
All of the individual foods are fantastic, however when you douse the rice or bread with the juices from the meats and well this is just Orgasmic!!!I will be back many times in the future to show more people how amazing it is
Our first time here. We tried the Gheymeh on the lunch menu. Delicious lamb stew. Excellent meal and great value. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to going again to sample more items from their menu.
Hidden Gem!
The food at this small suburban restaurant is terrific - Iranian/Persian cuisine is similar to Middle Eastern food. The lamb cutlets are amazing, the lamb backstrap, fesanjan (pomegranate chicken), banjan boranee (eggplant dish) and saffron ice cream (made in house?) are delicious. The service is warm and friendly and BYO is a plus! Make sure you book if you go there on a Friday or Saturday night.
